Bobble in Moscow, January 25-26, 2010!

Bobby McFerrinís latest expansion of the known universe: Bobble, an improvised opera with a wordless libretto, will be presented in Moscow on January 25 and 26, 2010 by the Musical Olympus Foundation This new project gives Bobby a chance to collaborate with other voices, welcoming local talent and influences. In this 90-minute a cappella stage show, Bobby and a cast of 16 singers, reflecting a panoramic vista of influences and traditions, re-enact the plight of the citizens of Babel and their struggle to find a common language. When choosing a jurisdiction for business registration we recommend that you consider the following criteria: Taxation Taxes are always one of the main issues in choosing a country for starting a business to which we pay special attention. It is advisable to choose a jurisdiction where taxation is efficient and transparent or generally taxation is less than in the home country. However there are many factors to consider when choosing a country to start a company including: incentives for newly established companies use of double tax treaties incentives for non-resident companies incentives for certain types of companies partnerships and limited income incentives for small and medium-sized businesses. And most significantly you cannot forget what taxes will be paid by the business owner in the country where he is a tax resident. Therefore when choosing a jurisdiction low-tax jurisdictions in Europe are now being considered rather than offshore jurisdictions which offer the greatest number of tax benefits for both the business and the beneficiaries capital gains tax dividends interest and royalties tax.

The agreement allows for the exchange of information between other EU countries and Cyprus even if the information is not required for tax purposes of these countries. However the country from which the information is requested is not obliged to provide the information if it is a violation of the law or public interest of that country. It is also not allowed to request information that is not publicly available in that country. It should be noted that the Cypriot tax authorities in most cases do not have information on the beneficiaries of private companies or any other information material. For these reasons Cypriot companies registered through nominees and information about the real owners is confidential. In this regard persons whose information is withheld must be properly accumulated in the files of the registration agents. Professional secrecy cannot be used as an excuse for not providing information about these persons. However the conditions under which professional secrecy may be lifted will depend on state law. Thus disclosure will not be a simple automatic administrative procedure but will require the intervention of local government officials. Opening a company in Cyprus can be a powerful step to expand your business and explore new markets. Because of its unique advantages Cyprus offers great opportunities for growth and success in international business. However success depends on careful planning an understanding of the local business culture and effective resource management.

Tiny shards of plastic are increasingly infiltrating our brains study says гей порно большой Human brain samples collected at autopsy in early 2024 contained more tiny shards of plastic than samples collected eight years prior according to a preprint posted online in May. A preprint is a study which has not yet been peer-reviewed and published in a journal. “The concentrations we saw in the brain tissue of normal individuals who had an average age of around 45 or 50 years old were 4800 micrograms per gram or 0.5 by weight” said lead study author Matthew Campen a regents’ professor of pharmaceutical sciences at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. “Compared to autopsy brain samples from 2016 that’s about 50 higher” Campen said. “That would mean that our brains today are 99.5 brain and the rest is plastic.” That increase however only shows exposure and does not provide information about brain damage said Phoebe Stapleton an associate professor of pharmacology and toxicology at Rutgers University in Piscataway New Jersey who was not involved in the preprint. “It is unclear if in life these particles are fluid entering and leaving the brain or if they collect in neurological tissues and promote disease” she said in an email. “Further research is needed to understand how the particles may be interacting with the cells and if this has a toxicological consequence.” The brain samples contained 7 to 30 more tiny shards of plastic than samples from the cadavers’ kidneys and liver according to the preprint. “Studies have found these plastics in the human heart the great blood vessels the lungs the liver the testes the gastrointestinal tract and the placenta” said pediatrician and biology professor Dr. Philip Landrigan director of the Program for Global Public Health and the Common Good and the Global Observatory on Planetary Health at Boston College. “It’s important not to scare the hell out of people because the science in this space is still evolving and nobody in the year 2024 is going to live without plastic” said Landrigan who was not involved with the preprint.
